This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming calls while maintaining a professional demeanor to effectively address caller inquiries and complaints.
β’ Adhere to predefined work protocols and scripts for both calls and documentation.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service and actively cultivate one-on-one relationships with callers.
β’ Proficiency in English with outstanding oral and written communication skills is essential.
β’ Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week is required.
β’ Above basic proficiency with computers and smartphones is necessary.
β’ Completion of Day Zero Certification self-led trainings, Registration Intake Training, and Helpline Training is mandatory.
β’ U.S. citizenship status is a requirement for this position.
β’ Candidates must reside in the U.S.
β’ Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
β’ Willingness to successfully pass a criminal background check and a credit check is required.
