This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands
• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while upholding professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Offer flexible scheduling options once certified, along with opportunities for growth within the role
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. residency required (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and meet performance standards
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and online tools
• Capacity to work independently and stay accountable to established schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
