This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Delivering assistance to the clients’ employees who reach out to us with inquiries regarding HR processes or their employment benefits through various channels (phone, web chat, or others).

• Guiding users on how to navigate the online HR systems.

• Analyzing and resolving more intricate cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English: C1 level minimum.

• Proficient in German: C1 level minimum.

• Ability to adapt and keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven and eager to learn.

• Experience in Customer Care is advantageous, but not mandatory.
