This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Collaborate closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support to formulate strategies aimed at sustaining and expanding Customer Accounts.
• Install, onboard, and provide training to staff in clinics on the use of IDEXX products and services.
• Offer onsite technical support as required.
• Conduct daily visits to customers in the field and participate in customer events/tradeshows.
• Act as a genuine IDEXX Ambassador and a reliable advisor for customers.
• Record customer visits and interactions; relay customer requirements for additional products and services.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a veterinary clinic, with a background in training and/or practice management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Capability to foster robust partnerships with customers and peers.
• Exceptional planning and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient listening skills to identify customer needs and modify approach as needed.
• Comfortable with learning and utilizing technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Experience in computer networking is preferred.
• Proficiency in both Danish and English.
