This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Comprehend customers' business needs and objectives to effectively address their requirements
• Assist with administrative and financial functions for EMEA accounts
• Manage internal Purchase Orders (entering them into relevant Sales and Operations tools)
• Aid in the reconciliation of invoices with received orders
• Oversee vendor platform management, ensuring updated documentation and compliance with customer standards
• Assist in Commercial and marketing efforts for EMEA accounts
• Collaborate with the GTM team to prepare for essential client meetings
• Relay customer needs and feedback to internal teams through the customer listening initiative
• Address non-conformities and ensure the implementation of corrective measures
• Facilitate customer onboarding and setup processes
• Provide ongoing customer training as necessary
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Partner with the technical support team to resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain processes to track key customer success metrics
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic work environment
• Experience assisting customers through email, live chat, phone, and video conferencing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is highly advantageous
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to investigate concerns and deliver timely solutions
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or virtual setting
• Customer-oriented mindset characterized by empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as sound data management practices
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales tracking tools is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and appropriately escalate complex cases
• Eager to learn new software and internal systems rapidly
• Capable of establishing and nurturing positive relationships with customers
• Willingness to travel when necessary
