This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide exceptional customer service for Osprey BtoB (through email & phone) to retail partners.
• Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to pinpoint risks and implement necessary actions.
• Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Assist with inquiries regarding stock availability and pricing primarily via email.
• Oversee retail customer orders from the initial entry until the final invoicing stage.
• Coordinate with sales representatives concerning customer accounts, inquiries, and order-related issues.
• Supply and interpret data and customer performance metrics for the sales team.
• Document order values and cancellations in the appropriate internal logs.
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, including the arrangement of booking slots if necessary.
• Daily monitor orders in the system prior to the season.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B customer service (experience in the FMCG sector is preferred).
• Familiarity with logistics, transportation, and order management processes.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written), with French as an additional asset.
• Enthusiasm for joining a mid-sized but rapidly growing company with dynamic brands!
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, with a customer-centric and results-driven approach.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales, Logistics, or Operations.
