📋 Description

• Manage back office tickets and deliver 24/7 online inquiry and email response services to clients.

• Address customer inquiries, recommendations, and feedback through email or online platforms.

• Assist other business units with customer interactions.

• Diligently document customer requests and advice.

• Provide feedback in written form.

• Manage customer complaints, unique cases, or one-off tasks.

• Offer customer support via ticketing systems and live chat.

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and identification verification processes.

• Champion customer interests and gather insightful feedback.

• Help maintain outstanding service standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Customer service experience is not mandatory, although prior experience in the financial sector can be advantageous.

• A college degree or higher is required.

• Preference for trilingual candidates who are native Spanish speakers, with advanced English proficiency and an additional language.
