This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
• Provide exceptional assistance to customers over the phone.
• Oversee, monitor, and train the AI-driven email response system to ensure effective and consistent customer communication.
• Update and maintain website content as necessary.
• Offer administrative and operational support across various business areas.
• Process customer requests, orders, and inquiries, ensuring follow-up as needed.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and communications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service processes.
• Perform additional duties and support business operations as required.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Proven professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in customer interactions.
• Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.
• Required proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent email communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-centric attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Redo is a plus; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with managing and training AI-based email response systems.
• Capacity to quickly master new systems, software, and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Innovative thinker, highly adaptable, committed, self-driven, and confident.
• Positive outlook with the ability to learn and adjust swiftly.
• Capable of accurately understanding and following established processes with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adjust to business requirements.
