This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accurately enter and review sales orders, ensuring that all customer, product, pricing, and order details are complete prior to processing.
• Confirm customer pricing using price sheets, product costs, freight charges, warehouse fees, and other pertinent information.
• Detect discrepancies in pricing, cost, margin, and orders before they lead to operational or customer issues.
• Conduct basic business calculations involving percentages, costs, margins, multiplication, and division to ensure order precision.
• Investigate any information that appears to be incorrect or inconsistent instead of processing it blindly.
• Raise discrepancies and proactively communicate with the appropriate team members to facilitate a resolution.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy while efficiently managing substantial volumes of order and operational data.
• Professionally address customer inquiries via email as your understanding of the business expands.
• Gradually take on occasional inbound and outbound customer calls after becoming familiar with the company’s products and processes.
• Acquire enough knowledge of the company’s logistics, order management, pricing, and operational workflows to identify anomalies.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer-facing roles, or operational support.
• Proficient in English across speaking, writing, and reading.
• Strong numerical abilities and comfort with percentages, costs, margins, multiplication, division, and basic business calculations.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing orders, prices, costs, spreadsheets, and other business data.
• Capacity to identify unusual or inaccurate figures and investigate them prior to proceeding.
• Professional written communication skills and confidence in raising questions or concerns when information is ambiguous.
• Experience in accounting, banking, finance, order processing, or other data-intensive environments (preferred).
• Background in entering or reviewing large volumes of sales orders or transactional data (preferred).
• Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, freight, or supply chain operations (preferred).
• Experience with spreadsheets, order management platforms, ERP systems, or similar business software (preferred).
• Prior experience communicating with U.S.-based customers or teams (preferred).
