This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address Customer Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and email inquiries from customers regarding water filtration products, services, and concerns related to water quality.
• Provide Product Insights: Deliver comprehensive information on product specifications, features, benefits, and maintenance instructions to assist customers in making educated purchasing choices.
• Order Management: Oversee order processing, monitor shipments, and coordinate returns or exchanges when required.
• Customer Education: Inform customers about the significance of water quality, available filtration options, and regular maintenance to improve product performance and lifespan.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a courteous and prompt manner, escalating complex issues to relevant departments as necessary.
• Record Keeping: Precisely document customer interactions, service requests, and technical issues in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
• Team Collaboration: Work in close coordination with sales, technical support, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and the prompt resolution of any product or service-related concerns.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a high-volume, call-centered customer service position, ideally within water filtration, manufacturing services, or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of water quality standards and filtration technologies is a plus.
• Capability to understand and articulate technical concepts associated with water filtration systems.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant software applications.
• Proven skills in typing, grammar, and proper phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate and write clearly and accurately.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and managing high-volume tasks effectively.
