This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous, professional, and customer-focused manner.
β’ Coordinate deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repair services for all facilities, home care, and hospice providers.
β’ Serve as a customer liaison regarding product availability, equipment evaluations, and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
β’ Be the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to customer service.
β’ Demonstrated empathy, passion, and enthusiasm for assisting those in need.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to multitask across various web-based order entry systems.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to craft clear and concise messages through email and instant messaging platforms.
β’ Proficient in speaking clearly and articulately while engaging with both internal and external customers over the phone.
β’ Strong computer and systems proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
