Customer Service Representative, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from clients.

• Delivering information and support regarding products, such as vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.

• Diagnosing technical problems and providing solutions to customer inquiries.

• Handling warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.

• Suggesting product recommendations tailored to customer needs and preferences.

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Ability to manage unexpected changes and address customer concerns with professionalism.

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred.
