Customer Service Representative, Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Address advanced or escalated customer issues with a high level of professionalism.

• Guide and train junior Customer Service Representatives.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing service processes.

• Assist in monitoring service quality and team performance metrics.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and service platforms.

• High school diploma is mandatory.
