πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will serve as the main point of contact throughout the complete customer journey, including onboarding, ongoing inquiries, and contract termination.

β€’ Manage and document tickets independently.

β€’ Organize the necessary internal processes to ensure that customer issues are addressed effectively.

β€’ Recognize recurring trends in daily support and assist in developing scalable solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A strong service orientation paired with a genuine eagerness to resolve issues.

β€’ A confident demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly.

β€’ Familiarity with IT and online platforms; preferably, prior experience with ticketing systems.

β€’ A structured and independent approach to work.

β€’ Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.

β€’ Ideally, previous experience in technical customer service or within a start-up environment.
