This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will serve as the main point of contact throughout the complete customer journey, including onboarding, ongoing inquiries, and contract termination.
β’ Manage and document tickets independently.
β’ Organize the necessary internal processes to ensure that customer issues are addressed effectively.
β’ Recognize recurring trends in daily support and assist in developing scalable solutions.
β’ A strong service orientation paired with a genuine eagerness to resolve issues.
β’ A confident demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly.
β’ Familiarity with IT and online platforms; preferably, prior experience with ticketing systems.
β’ A structured and independent approach to work.
β’ Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.
β’ Ideally, previous experience in technical customer service or within a start-up environment.
