This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver regular customer service and policy assistance to agents and carriers
• Engage with agents and carriers through various communication channels
• Investigate and address customer inquiries in line with service standards
• Keep an up-to-date understanding of products, services, and promotions
• Evaluate and process applications and documentation for policy issuance
• Organize and manage policy files effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure timely completion of tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to assess policy information and resolve issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Remote-ready mindset: self-driven and organized
• Must possess the ability to prioritize tasks independently
