• Assist customers with their financial accounts, retirement plans, and life insurance needs.

• Process transactions with precision and care.

• Address customer concerns during rotational shifts.

• Manage customer accounts and facilitate financial transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 20 years of experience in customer service within the financial services sector, including banking, retirement services, or life insurance.

• Practical experience with 401(k) plans and other retirement solutions.

• Familiarity with servicing life insurance policies or related products.

• Understanding of investment products and the stock market, inclusive of equities and securities.

• Proven experience in managing customer accounts and executing financial transactions.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

• Completion of background check and fingerprint verification is mandatory.

• Must be available for 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights.
