Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

• Manage all customer interactions via online platforms and phone communications.

• Timely address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

• Provide information about products and suggest recommendations when appropriate.

• Investigate and resolve shipping-related problems.

• Oversee marketplace return processes.

• Actively monitor and respond to claims and disputes on marketplaces.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings, related systems, sales channels, customer service policies, and marketplace regulations.

• Follow customer service protocols to align with company standards and metrics.

• Conduct data entry as necessary to generate RMAs.

• Manage cancellations and refunds as required.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism.

• Foster a collaborative work atmosphere, effective communication, and cross-training opportunities.

• Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification; or a combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within a call center setting.

• Preferred experience with channel advisors.

• Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket and vehicle components is a plus.

• Knowledge of Infor LN (BAAN) is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management guidance effectively.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience working collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Proficiency in speaking and reading English.

• Must be adaptable and quick to learn new processes.
