Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Uphold Vego Garden’s exceptional customer service standards with enthusiasm and dedication.

• Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Utilize strong digital skills to navigate our digital platforms (Shopify, Freshdesk, NetSuite).

• Accurately perform key administrative data entry tasks into customer records with meticulous attention to detail.

• Assist customers by providing updated information regarding orders and refunds.

• Deliver expert responses to customer inquiries through various channels (Phone, Email, Chat).

• Address and resolve customer issues affecting their satisfaction with innovative solutions.

• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of call center experience is required.

• Experience in supporting customers within an e-commerce or DTC environment is preferred.

• Proficiency in live chat, email, social media, and phone support.

• Ability to deliver outstanding service to Vego Garden customers.

• A dependable, adaptable, client-oriented service professional with strong digital literacy skills.

• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• High level of attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
