Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Support customers at a U-Haul center, both inside and outside, with U-Haul products and services.

• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to handle rentals and manage inventory.

• Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed.

• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.

• Respond to inquiries and provide information to customers about products and services.

• Prepare rental invoices and handle the return of equipment from rentals.

• Install hitches and trailer wiring as required.

• Fill propane tanks (certification provided by U-Haul upon employment).

• Operate a forklift (certification available through U-Haul upon employment).

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
