This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Deliver professional and compassionate support to customers through phone, chat, or email.
β’ Adhere to client-specific protocols and utilize provided tools to address inquiries.
β’ Ensure a quiet and distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours.
β’ Participate in and complete any necessary training or certification for designated projects.
β’ Communicate effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
β’ Comply with performance metrics and client standards.
β’ Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently and manage your own timetable.
β’ Must be a resident of the U.S. and legally authorized to work.
β’ A computer with Windows 10 or 11, a reliable internet connection, a USB headset, and a quiet workspace are required.
β’ Must be willing to complete unpaid client certification programs (typically lasting 2β4 weeks).
