This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, and phone promptly and in a professional manner.
• Offer comprehensive information regarding the company's e-learning products and services to both prospective and existing clients.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any issues.
• Keep accurate and current records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system.
• Support the enhancement and development of customer service procedures, policies, and standards to improve the overall customer experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service position, ideally within the e-learning sector.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a talent for engaging with veterans and other stakeholders effectively.
• Competence in utilizing CRM software and remote communication platforms such as Zoom and Slack.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the skill to navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while efficiently managing time and adhering to deadlines.
