This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver Contact Center Support to patients utilizing the “Early Out Service” offered to clients.
• Achieve production targets for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Adhere to quality assurance benchmarks.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by complying with company and client-specific policies and procedures.
• Engage in educational opportunities provided by the company to enhance knowledge of services and information systems.
• Safeguard confidential customer information.
• Handle various paperwork and documentation tasks.
• Assist callers with inquiries regarding medical billing, financial assistance programs, payment plans, and payment processing.
• Arrange callbacks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or call center management.
• Must be available for work from 9 AM to 6 PM CST (10 AM to 7 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
• High-speed home internet (non-cellular) is essential.
• Capability to test home internet speed to confirm sufficient bandwidth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to following through on issues until resolved.
• Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience in customer service support over the phone in a remote environment.
