This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver contact center support to patients of Early Out Service
• Achieve production targets for both inbound and outbound calls
• Comply with quality assurance criteria
• Ensure high-quality customer service by adhering to company and specific customer policies and procedures
• Enhance job knowledge through company training opportunities and gain expertise in services and information systems
• Safeguard confidential customer information
• Handle various paperwork and documentation
• Assist callers with inquiries about medical billing and financial assistance programs
• Establish payment plans and process payments while upholding professional customer service
• Organize callbacks as required
• Collaborate effectively as a team member
• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or call center management
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM CST (10 AM to 7 PM EST), Monday through Friday
• Reliable high-speed home internet; cell-based internet is not permissible
• Capability to test home internet speed and confirm sufficient bandwidth
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on resolving issues
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Preference for candidates with one year or more of customer service experience over the phone in a remote environment
