
Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee and expand your own portfolio of clients
β’ Take direct responsibility for clients and their properties, including claims management β handling reports and engaging contractors; tenant management β addressing inquiries; re-letting; and processing requests from property owners
β’ Develop expertise in property management
β’ Maintain clean records within the company system and ensure accurate documentation of all processes
β’ Embrace a customer-focused approach β NO sales or sales-related activities
β’ Excellent communication skills in German (both written and spoken)
β’ Proficient in computer skills and comfortable navigating the internet
β’ Ideally possess experience in telephone-based customer service and/or the real estate sector
β’ Career changers are encouraged to apply β a completed vocational qualification or university degree is preferred
β’ High motivation to learn and a strong commitment to the role
β’ Set working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 β 17:00
