Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide continuous support to internal associates within Ferguson Home sales and support teams

• Research and address lead time and ETA inquiries submitted via internal applications

• Determine the origin of ordered items by reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details

• Utilize order management systems to investigate order history and status

• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal partners through both written and verbal means

• Adhere to established processes to guarantee accurate, consistent, and timely responses

• Handle multiple requests concurrently in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency
