This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage an average of 45-55 incoming calls each day
• Provide outstanding customer service while following Attendance policies
• Engage actively in and successfully complete customer service training
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to research and effectively use available knowledge and product resources
