Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Operate all necessary equipment.

• Transfer ingredients from the delivery area to storage, workspaces, and the walk-in cooler.

• Prepare products as required.

• Receive and process telephone orders efficiently.

• Conduct inventory checks and complete related paperwork.

• Clean equipment and maintain the facility on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for in-store positions.

• Must be at least 18 years old for delivery roles.

• Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.

• Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues for order processing, both over the phone and in person.

• Proficient in basic math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (calculator use is permitted).

• Capable of making accurate monetary change.

• Good motor coordination between hands/fingers and eyes for quick and precise movements.

• Ability to handle a pizza peel for removing pizzas from the oven and using a rolling cutter.
