This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with customers through phone, email, or chat to offer support and address inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately and efficiently process orders, refunds, and various requests.
• Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Correctly document and keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Deliver technical support and utilize quick critical thinking to anticipate our customers' present and future needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a dedication to achieving success individually and as part of a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly, and comfortable managing multiple computer screens and internet tabs at the same time.
