This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee inbound and outbound communications with patients to facilitate the resupply of current products.
• Manage a high volume of calls, exceeding 100 inbound and outbound interactions daily.
• Act as the main point of contact for processing and scheduling patient orders.
• Ensure tasks are completed with precision and within designated timelines.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to address and resolve issues.
• Track performance metrics to achieve quality and service-level benchmarks.
• Provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing multiple accounts.
• A high school diploma is necessary.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
• Must be self-motivated with the capability to troubleshoot and quickly adapt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Should be comfortable working independently.
• Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
