
Customer Service Representative, Administrative Clerk with Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You handle customer inquiries comprehensively via phone, mail, or email.
• You gather and maintain customer information, making corrections as needed.
• You manage both registrations and deregistrations, as well as supplier changes.
• You respond to queries regarding meter installation, exchanges, and removals.
• You receive reports of faults or outages and relay them to the relevant teams.
• You are focused on sales and prioritize quality in your work.
• You utilize SAP within a Windows 10 environment, alongside MS Office applications.
• You help customers identify the appropriate tariff (sales following service).
• Some experience in telephone customer service, or a strong desire to transition into this profession.
• A completed vocational qualification in a commercial field is preferred.
• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and satisfy customers.
• A willingness to promote additional services and enhance customer products.
• No shifts on Sundays and nationwide public holidays.
