Customer Service Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects and operational execution within Customer Service.

• Development, design, and implementation of business processes aimed at enhancing efficiency, promoting digitalization, minimizing costs, and achieving savings.

• Conducting independent negotiations with prospective partner companies.

• Coordinating contract terms in collaboration with Procurement and Legal departments.

• Designing effective end-to-end processes and implementing solutions for process automation.

• Sole accountability for budget management, scheduling, resource allocation, risk and change management, as well as KPI dashboards.

• Supporting the operation of service platforms and further development of systems within the functional system responsibility framework.

• Conducting SWOT, potential, and gap analyses.

• Ensuring service management requirements are met when introducing new foundational technologies and fiber cooperation models.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree in telecommunications engineering, communications technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.

• Ideally, initial professional experience in managing complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications technology and FTTx technologies.

• Proficient use of service/CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ticketing systems.

• A strong customer- and quality-oriented approach in actions.

• A structured working style.

• Confident presence in a cross-functional team environment.

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

• An open mindset with the ability to quickly and thoroughly adapt to new topics and structures.

• Initiative, decision-making skills, and a goal-oriented approach.

• Enjoyment of working in multicultural teams.

• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written, at least at the B2 level.
