This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make outbound calls to restaurants, bars, and hospitality establishments
• Professionally present the healthcare membership program
• Address basic inquiries regarding the service and membership structure
• Establish rapport with business owners and key decision-makers
• Assist in recognizing potential interest from prospective members
• Facilitate the scheduling of follow-up calls or meetings when appropriate
• Conduct research on businesses to identify decision-makers
• Collect and verify contact details
• Keep organized records of leads and outreach efforts
• Update spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
• Record customer interactions and the outcomes of calls
• Required previous experience in customer service
• Preferred experience in sales or outbound calling
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities
• Adaptable and at ease in startup-like environments
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient English communication skills
• Monthly compensation of 550–650 USD, based on hours worked
