Customer Service Manager – Mortgage Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing central inbound and outbound communication channels via telephone and email.

• Addressing and resolving both general and specific inquiries related to mortgage lending, home savings, and installment loans.

• Conducting associated administrative duties.

• Assisting sales partners with the utilization of EUROPACE.

• Independently addressing payout-related issues, including preliminary document assessments and following up on outstanding items.

• Managing requests in a systematic manner and implementing administrative solutions.

• Monitoring service levels and availability.

• Facilitating coordination between partner banks and sales partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of commercial or business administration training.

• Strong proficiency in the German language (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.

• Competency in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

• Experience in mortgage lending, installment loans, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.

• §34i qualification is preferred, or a commitment to obtain it during the onboarding process.

• A customer-oriented approach, empathy, focus, and a genuine, responsible demeanor.
