Customer Service Manager – Mortgage Financing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the central inbound and outbound communication channels, including telephone and email, concerning mortgage financing, home savings products, and consumer loans.

• Address and resolve both general and specific inquiries from clients.

• Execute associated administrative tasks as needed.

• Assist sales partners in utilizing the EUROPACE platform effectively.

• Independently address payout-related issues, which includes reviewing preliminary documents and following up on any outstanding matters.

• Handle inquiries in a methodical way and implement administrative solutions.

• Track service levels and ensure availability.

• Facilitate communication between partner banks and sales partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably with a specialization in banking, mortgage financing, or consumer lending.

• Open to career changers; training in this area will be provided.

• Proficient in German, with a minimum C1 level in both written and spoken communication.

• Skilled in using MS Office applications.

• Willingness to embrace new systems and processes.

• Experience in mortgage financing, consumer lending, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.

• §34i qualification is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain it during onboarding.

• Must possess a customer-oriented mindset, empathy, focus, and display an authentic, responsible professional demeanor.
