Customer Service Manager – Mortgage Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee central inbound and outbound communication channels via telephone and email for mortgage financing, home savings, and installment loans.

• Address and resolve both general and specific inquiries.

• Execute related administrative tasks efficiently.

• Assist sales partners in utilizing EUROPACE effectively.

• Independently clarify payout-related issues, which includes reviewing preliminary documents and following up on any outstanding items.

• Manage requests in an organized manner and implement administrative solutions.

• Monitor service levels and availability consistently.

• Serve as the liaison between partner banks and sales partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in commercial or business administration, preferably with experience in banking, mortgage financing, or installment lending, though this is not mandatory.

• Career changers are encouraged to apply; specific training for the role will be provided.

• Proficient German language skills, at least at the C1 level, both written and spoken.

• Strong skills in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

• Experience in mortgage finance, installment lending, or financial services is a plus but not essential.

• §34i qualification is preferred, or a willingness to acquire it during onboarding.

• Strong service orientation, empathy, focus, and a genuine, responsible demeanor.
