• Autonomous management of 2–3 marketplace channels (responsibility for channels)

• Coordination of B2B and B2C customers across various platforms
• Contributing innovative ideas to the continuous enhancement of processes and tools
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar field (e.g., Autodoc, Teile24, automotive trade, or workshop)
• Technical knowledge of automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn rapidly
• Methodical and organized work style — maintaining oversight even in high-volume situations
• Authentic sales mentality: you aspire not only to assist but also to sell
• Enjoyment in working with digital tools (Asana, ticketing systems, marketplace dashboards)
• Proficient German communication skills — both written and verbal
• Strong self-management and personal accountability — you thrive without needing direction
