This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated customers throughout the complete outage lifecycle.
• Foster trust and cultivate long-term relationships with customers through reliable and consistent communication.
• Engage in technical conversations with customers during the Inquiry to Order (ITO) phases.
• Recognize customer requirements and devise solutions that are in line with business priorities.
• Create customer-specific scopes of work customized to the type of equipment and service needs.
• Construct project schedules based on defined scopes of work and resource allocation.
• Generate job cost estimates grounded in scheduling and resource planning.
• Direct comprehensive outage planning, including contingencies for variations in scope and unexpected field conditions.
• Collaborate with Local Customer Team members across various functions to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Utilize knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and quality risks for each specific scope of work.
• Participate in Daily Management meetings and team discussions.
• Share best practices and advocate for process enhancements.
• Contribute to team culture by engaging in peer collaboration, knowledge exchange, and constructive feedback.
• A foundational technical background is a mandatory requirement.
• A history as a Mechanical Technical Field Advisor (TFA) or Outage Manager is highly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of Steam Power equipment, systems, and outage work scopes.
• Familiarity with GE Vernova tools, applications, and processes utilized for quoting, planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Capability to develop scopes of work, man-loaded schedules, and job cost estimates.
• Strong comprehension of EHS standards and quality expectations in field service settings.
• Experience in the Fossil, Industrial, or Nuclear Steam Power sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Outage End-to-End (OE2E) process is advantageous.
• Exposure to GE Vernova's SQDC mindset and Vernova Way behaviors is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screen may be required.
