This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone regarding roadside assistance, towing services, and rental car arrangements.
• Organize assistance measures for customers from international locations.
• Liaise with insurers, partners, and service providers.
• Handle invoice processing.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, though not essential.
• Background in hospitality/food service, tourism, the automotive sector, or call centers is beneficial.
• Must be willing to travel to Rostock for onboarding and team events.
• A passion for phone communication and assisting customers.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in the German language is required.
• Fluent in English at a B2 level.
