Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with incoming customers both online and via phone.

• Identify customer needs and assist them throughout the car-buying journey.

• Suggest vehicles based on customer preferences utilizing knowledge of CarMax inventory.

• Assist customers with online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling vehicle deliveries.

• Ensure a seamless transition from online shopping to in-store purchases.

• Meet individual sales and performance goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Comply with all relevant licensing requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or related fields.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple customer interactions.

• Strong listening abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Genesys or similar contact center systems.

• Reside within 60 miles or a 1-hour commute of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.

• Ability to secure an Automotive Salesperson License in relevant states, which may involve testing and travel.
