Customer Service – Commercial Lines, P&C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial volume of incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and service tasks associated with workers’ compensation policies.

• Engage in professional and effective communication with insured individuals, agents, and underwriting partners.

• Process and oversee workers’ compensation policies, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant records of all servicing activities.

• Ensure that all servicing tasks are performed in line with regulatory standards, carrier guidelines, and internal service protocols.

• Assist callers with inquiries related to claims by providing adjuster contact details and guiding them to available resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in the workers’ compensation insurance sector.

• Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment is advantageous.

• Proven ability to manage customer inquiries via chat, delivering timely, accurate, and professional responses while ensuring engagement and service excellence.

• Must have experience in Commercial Lines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with management systems such as ImageRight or comparable platforms.

• Capable of operating office equipment, including scanners, copiers, fax machines, and calculators.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
