
Customer Service Broker – Personal Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients.
• Proactively perform renewal assessments to achieve customer retention goals.
• Make outbound calls to existing clients for necessary renewal evaluations.
• Act as a liaison with insurers, fostering and nurturing relationships.
• Manage, assist, and execute policy modifications within our partners' portals and websites.
• Assess policies and provide recommendations as needed.
• Comply with the underwriting standards established by our broker partners.
• Organize and follow up on client documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and address customer requirements.
• Offer claims guidance to clients, report claims, and provide follow-up on claims.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
• Alberta Level 1 license is mandatory; Level 2 license is preferred.
• BC Level 2 license is a significant advantage.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the insurance field.
• Self-sufficient, driven, and competitive.
