Customer Service Broker – Home & Auto Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Engage & Assist: Respond to coverage inquiries, implement policy changes, and guarantee that our members receive tailored, professional service throughout their experience.

• Resolve Challenges with Confidence: Address concerns with empathy and professionalism—evaluating issues, finding solutions, and providing resolutions that make a lasting positive impact.

• Be the Reason Members Stay & Grow: Establish trust and relationships by offering valuable insights into our insurance products and services, aiding members in making informed coverage choices while uncovering growth opportunities.

• Leverage Your Broker Expertise: Utilize underwriting standards, evaluate risk, and ensure policies meet binding requirements—all while adhering to industry regulations.

• Keep Things Organized: Handle rewrites, maintain precise records, and guarantee that all insurance transactions are processed efficiently and remain current.

• Stay Informed: Participate in a supportive, learning-oriented environment where you will collaborate with management, highlight key issues, and keep up with industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally in personal lines working with automobile and property insurance policies.

• An AIC license is mandatory.

• Outstanding communication skills and the proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address customer concerns in a friendly and positive manner.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Epic and insurance company portals.

• Bilingualism is considered an asset (French / English).
