Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level customer support regarding client products.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing tailored solutions and striving to surpass expectations.

• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure requests are managed effectively.

• Arrange service appointments and follow up with customers and clients.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using established tools and procedures.

• Execute accurate data entry using specified applications.

• Manage customer interactions with active listening, empathy, and reassurance.

• Assume responsibility for the customer experience and provide thorough resolutions.

• Adapt communication styles to suit different audiences and interpret verbal and non-verbal signals.

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries.

• Modify approaches to resolve issues while maintaining desired outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in-person, etc.) is necessary.

• Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Strong communication and comprehension skills in English are essential.

• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and successfully complete our language and grammar assessment.

• Reliable home internet connection is required.

• A degree or certification in technology is considered an asset.
