This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Make outbound calls to patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with patients.
• Contribute to patient retention efforts through proactive outreach.
• Create and dispatch follow-up emails and communications.
• Collect patient feedback and accurately document information in company systems.
• Achieve individual and team performance objectives.
• Address basic patient inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and communications.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for patients.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong focus on detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to establish rapport and communicate confidently over the phone.
• Comfortable meeting targets and performance metrics.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Stable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
