This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Serve as the center manager for the Online division at Write Edge Singapore, overseeing the performance of our online segment and ensuring an exceptional experience for both parents and students.
• Assist the Teaching Team with tasks related to Deployment, Timetabling, and Relief Teaching.
• Carry out various administrative responsibilities to support day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the safety and proper conduct of students at the center.
• Address and manage staff complaints alongside registration and withdrawal issues.
• Train and supervise new staff in customer support and ground operations.
• Organize and host online open houses during weekends.
• Ensure the seamless operation of online classes on Zoom, including student onboarding and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email while actively building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with students and parents through online platforms.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and general technology.
• Familiarity with Google Classroom and Zoom is a plus.
• A strong problem-solver with quick reflexes and attention to detail.
• Possess emotional maturity and exceptional interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written English.
• A responsible and accountable team player who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
• Able to represent the company as an extension of its brand—an English and Writing specialist through professional attire and communication.
