Customer Service Assistant – Food Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to both national and international clients while facilitating order processing in the field of food analytics.

• Prepare, verify, and follow up on invoices, credit notes, and various billing transactions.

• Oversee outstanding receivables, manage the dunning procedure, and address any payment and invoicing discrepancies.

• Assist with customs clearance, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries from international clients.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, sample management teams, and other internal stakeholders.

• Undertake general administrative duties, including maintaining master data in SAP, reporting travel expenses, and handling procurement tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification (for example, hotel management specialist, industrial clerk, office management specialist, or similar).

• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

• Excellent proficiency in German (C1) and good command of English (B2).

• Outstanding communication abilities, team-oriented mindset, and a friendly attitude.
