Customer Service and Sales Assistant – Italian Culinary Arts Courses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to students and potential students via WhatsApp and Instagram.

• Respond to incoming messages with professionalism and clarity.

• Address inquiries regarding the courses using the information supplied by the company.

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and share the relevant links.

• Promote online courses to individuals who have previously attended in-person classes.

• Follow up with prospective students to aid in converting inquiries into enrollments.

• Maintain organization of messages and outstanding requests.

• Acquire knowledge about the courses and the company's customer service protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Portuguese.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for customer service interactions.

• Demonstrate patience and courtesy when responding to inquiries and assisting students.

• Proactive and organized in following up on conversations.

• Adaptable and eager to learn about the courses and company policies.

• Punctual, responsible, and dedicated to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Availability to work 4 hours daily, amounting to 20 hours weekly.

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

• Experience in providing customer service or sales through WhatsApp and Instagram is beneficial.

• Background in supporting students or promoting courses is a plus.
