This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and members.
• Engage in both outbound and inbound calls throughout your assigned shift.
• Supply accurate and comprehensive information to customers and members.
• Exhibit active listening skills when interacting with customers and members, especially when addressing their inquiries about the purpose of our call.
• Communicate clearly – in both written and spoken forms.
• Acquire a general understanding of the Medicare healthcare sector, including prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments, to effectively engage and educate our customers and members.
• Quickly absorb new information and adapt to evolving processes as needed.
• Handle escalated calls with customers and members in a calm and professional manner when required.
• Embrace constructive criticism to foster personal success.
• Achieve and/or surpass key performance indicators.
• Maintain a consistently positive and motivating attitude each day, always striving to give your best effort.
• Must reside in the United States.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, computer telephony systems, the internet, and various computer tools.
• A strong desire to assist individuals in a positive and impactful manner.
• Ability to efficiently talk, type, and navigate the system simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask across various functions.
• On-camera visibility is required during meetings, training sessions, or as requested by leadership.
• Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment; skilled in de-escalation techniques.
