This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media to address any incidents that arise.
• Manage incoming calls, chats, and customer service inquiries effectively.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
• Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; ensure follow-up for resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
• Due to the variable nature of incident resolutions, parallel tasks for the Department of Operations will also be undertaken.
• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service roles is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.
• Proficient in Portuguese (both oral and written) and fluent in English.
• Capable of planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and reliability as a professional.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional time-management abilities.
• Adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to rapid changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must be decisive and organized.
