Customer Service Agent, English, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily communication with our users and stakeholders across key marketplaces in the UK, Germany, and the US.

• Assist users on our additional marketplaces.

• Moderate listings and offer customer support through email.

• Utilize internal back-office systems and Freshdesk to interact with users.

• Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, team moderation goals, and quality standards.

• Be available to work up to 40 hours per week on a long-term project covering evenings (CET) and nearly all weekends.

• Must be able to work at least three weekends each month.

• A strong passion for animal welfare and pets.

• Capability to deliver exceptional Customer Support.

• Proficiency in both business English and German (written and spoken).

• A proactive and independent approach.

• The ability to question existing processes to enhance user satisfaction and animal welfare.
